Course Overview

The 8-Hour Lead Awareness Training course is designed to educate workers, supervisors, and employers on the hazards of lead exposure in the workplace. This course is ideal for personnel who may come into contact with lead-containing materials during construction, renovation, demolition, or maintenance activities but are not directly performing lead abatement.

This awareness-level course provides foundational knowledge of lead safety, including health risks, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices to minimize exposure. The training meets OSHA’s Lead in Construction Standard (29 CFR 1926.62) and supports EPA RRP Rule awareness.
